About Your Spa ExperienceDo you need help choosing your treatment? Spa Botanica Concierge will assist you in planning the perfect spa experience based on your specific needs.

Do you have special health considerations? When making your spa reservations, please notify The Spa Concierge if you have any health concerns such as high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, special needs, or if you are pregnant. All of this information can also be completed on your new Personal Care Guide upon arrival at the spa.

Is there an age requirement to use the spa? All spa guests must be 16 years of age or older to schedule a treatment.

Spa EtiquetteOur spa offers each guest the chance to relax in a tranquil setting. We appreciate you turning off your cellular phone and pager, as well as respecting the serenity of the environment.

What should you wear? Most body treatments and massages are enjoyed without clothing; however, please wear what is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped except for the area that is being worked on at the time. Before and after your treatments, robes and sandals are provided. Please leave valuable items at home or in your guest room. Daily lockers are available for your use while you are at the spa.

When should you arrive? We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your treatment time to complete paperwork and enjoy our luxuriously appointed lounge.

Should you shave before a treatment? Shaving is recommended for men before a facial at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled treatment time. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatment or hair removal service.

What if you arrive late for an appointment? Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

What is the cancellation policy? As a courtesy to other guests, please give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to service will incur a 100% charge. A credit card number is required to secure your reservation.

How are payment and gratuities handled? All major credit cards, cash, and traveler’s checks are accepted. Hotel guests may also charge the service to their room. For your convenience, an 18% gratuity service charge will be added to your final bill for multiple services.
