GENERAL NOTES:

1. The purpose of this plat is to create sewer easement, electrical easements, and future right-of-waydedication.

2. Current Zoning: MUL-A - Mixed Use, Limited, AlternativeSetbacks are 5' per Metro Zoning Code.

3. Bearings shown hereon are Tennessee State Plane Coordinate System, North American Datum1983 (NAD83) using U.S. Survey Feet as distance units.

4. The development of this project shall comply with the requirements of the adopted tree ordinance2008-328 (Metro Code Chapter17.24, Article II, Tree Protection and Replacement; and Chapter17.40, Article X, Tree Protection and Replacement Procedures.

5. Total Area: 1.76 Acres (+/-) or 76,498.21 Sq.Ft (+/-) (More or Less)

6. Any excavation, fill or disturbance of the existing ground elevation must be done in accordance withstorm water management ordinance No. 78-840 and approved by the Metropolitan Department ofWater Services.
