Confidential Offering MemorandumThis confidential Offering Memorandum (“Memorandum”) is

being given to you for the sole purpose of evaluating the possible

purchase of 1236 White Oaks, Campbell, California (“Property”).

This Memorandum shall not be used for any other purpose and

will not be distributed to any other party without the prior written

consent of its Owner, Sequoia Realty Services (“Broker”).

This Memorandum was prepared by Broker with information
