2015 in Review

12

Challenge Impact/Resolution

Major Customer delay Major global hygiene product company failed to place promised film orders in H1‒ SECOS had delayed other customer production to meet promised orders‒ orders from other customers now accepted with deliveries ramping up

Akronn Joint Venture Cash support required by JV was higher than expected by circa $500,000‒ divestment of asset in progress with modest cash recovery expected

Raw Material off-spec Raw material supplied by third party to Malaysian plant in H1 2016 was off spec‒ forced production to slow in Malaysia during H1‒ new raw material now supplied, with production returning to normal output‒ cost to Group greater than $130,000, with financial claim pending

Delay In establishingdebtor facility

Debtor finance facility delayed by additional due diligence by lender‒ created six month funding delay to budget production plans‒ facility now in place, with first draw-down made in late December 2015

Early challenges that have now been addressed:

Sales Growth

• Q2 2016 Sales impacted by major multi-national customer delay, raw material issues, financingdelays, and unscheduled maintenance

• Sales reduced by strategic switch from low margin high volume sales to more profitable products

• These issues have been resolved, leading to higher confidence in sales growth outlook

• Revenue excludes Akronn joint venture which is now treated as an available for sale asset
