Promotion process1. Contractor purchases a Milwaukee M12
or M18 ProPEX Expansion Tool through a participating plumbing and heating distributor.
2. Distributor completes the rebate redemption form (on the back of this flyer) and submits with Milwaukee Tool proofs of purchase to Sue Staats, senior customer service rep, at [email protected] or 855.997.1733 (fax).
3. Upon receipt of completed form, Uponor will ship contractor the tubing. Allow 4 weeks for delivery.
Note: Rebate redemption form must contain complete information as well as the distributor’s signature. Promotion only eligible for new Uponor customers.
