Art proof must be requested at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to alter the art for the best fitting and look of the decoration.

All orders are suject to $5 handling charge per box and 4% non-cash trasection fees all credit cards payments.

We reserve the right to refuse service. We do not print cetain art so we reserve the right to cancel the order even after accepting the order.

We will not hold your merchandise for more than 1 week. All orders subject to pre-payments and cannot be changed or cancelled.

We will re-print garments with undetected defect at same price original order plus screen chargesif defects are hidden.

Oders and delivery date will not be valid until we have all order details, art, merchandise and payment. All delivery dates are estimated ship date. We donot guarantee against discoloration and shrinkage of your garments. Order sizes from your

supplier accordingly. Nylon / Poly can shrink considerably depend upon how many run thru the heat dryer and flashes. We are not responsible for ink bleeding on polyester during printing or after washes. Rush orders subject to extra charges call for quote. Must email ready to print artwork in Adobe Illustrator EPS format to avoid extra charges. We try our best to avoid spoilage. We will only pay if spoilage is greater than 4%. We are not responsible for shipment lost or damaged in transit. All prices are FOB and will be shipped UPS ground unless specified. Please specify shipping insurance amount on PO otherwise we will not be resposible for lost/damages. If shipping address is not specified as residential or commercial may incurr additional charges. Wrong shipping address is subject to $5 per location. International shipping subject to extra charge pls call for pricing. Unpacking merchandise pieces such as bags, pins, tags etc. subject to extra charges POs cannot be combined for quantity breaks prices. All orders under 12 pcs subject to additional $15 charge. Colors of polyester and pigment dyed garments may bleed into ink and may require double print at

our discretion & are subject to extra charge RUN and SCREEN charges. Customer is responsible for the payment once the order is completed irrespective of delivery is not

taken or picked up. We do not guarantee to match ink / thread colors with your garment or previous printing / embroidery. We do not guarantee 100% Pantone color match or match with previous order or re-order. We are not responsible if garment fabrics bleeding etc pls check with your suppliers. We are not responsible for undetected problems / flaws in the products as we inspect all items

before shipping. We own all films, screens, files etc for output. All prices, terms and products subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct our

errors and mistakes in prices. All orders subject to our current terms and conditions.
