PECO Pallets Now Shipping into Loblaws Stores throughout Canada May 9, 2013 (Irvington, NY): PECO Pallet, Inc. recently announced that Loblaw Companies Limited is now accepting shipments on PECO pallets at all of its locations throughout Canada. With more than 1,000 stores across the country, Loblaw Companies Limited is Canadaʼs largest grocery retailer. Over 14 million customers shop at Loblaws stores each week, accounting for nearly a third of the total Canadian grocery market. Loblaws currently includes more than 20 different regional banners, including Loblaws, Real Canadian Superstores, Zehrs, Provigo, and more. PECO Pallet provides its distinctive red wood block pallets to leading grocery and consumer goods manufacturers, who use them to ship their products to retailers, club stores, and distribution centers throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Empty pallets are then returned to a PECO depot, where they are inspected, cleaned, and repaired as needed before being reissued.
