The Rental Statistics summarize the active inventory, rented inventory, and days on market for each rental property type. Below are some highlights from the January Rental Statistics: Total Active listings for January were 614. The number of properties rented this month was 290. The Average monthly rent for Apartments was $550. The Average monthly rent for Condominiums was $856. The Average monthly rent for Mobile Homes was $687. The Average monthly rent for Manufactured Single Family Residence’s was $0. The Average monthly rent for Patio Homes was $1,625. The Average monthly rent for Plex’s was $628. The MLS of Southern Arizona is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Tucson Association of REALTORS®, dedicated to providing

a reliable real estate database for members and the public. The Association represents the interests of 5,400 professionals

in the real estate industry, and is affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS®. REALTOR® is a registered

The Rental Statistics summarize the active inventory, rented inventory, and days on market for each rental property type. Below are some highlights from the January Rental Statistics:

Total Active listings for January were 614.

The number of properties rented this month was 290.

The Average monthly rent for Apartments was $550.

The Average monthly rent for Condominiums was $856.

The Average monthly rent for Mobile Homes was $687.

The Average monthly rent for Manufactured Single Family

Residence’s was $0.

The Average monthly rent for Patio Homes was $1,625.

The Average monthly rent for Plex’s was $628.

The Average monthly rent for Single Family Residence’s was $1,239.

The Average monthly rent for Townhomes was $958.

Average Days on Market was 48.
