Using the ProCollector is easy andintuitive. Quickly create accuratetemplates of 2D surfaces or 3Denvironments by simply pointing thelaser target and clicking a button.The coordinate is capturedautomatically and stored. On a atsurface only two measuring points perline are necessary. The softwarecalculates the corners to complete

intersecting lines. The ProCollectoris wirelessly controlled. The nisheddesign is stored as DXF or IGS le andcan be transfered immediately intoyour CAD program for furtherprocessing.The generated CAD drawing or anyother DXF le can also be projected bythe device onto a workpiece or buildingsurface and used as a layout tool.

With the ProCollector CAD designs can be projected point by point in full 1:1 scale on a workpiece or a building.Open a DXF drawing and calibrate to the workplane you wish to lay out. Matching a reference line in the design to two known points in the room locks the ProCollector to your

work environment. From there, tap a point in the drawing and the laser light will be directed to that point. Work around the drawing point by point to lay out bottom plates for stud walls, locate doorways and window locations, mark electrical outlets and plumbing runs.

Any point in the drawing can be located by the laser giving you a powerful full scale layout device, eliminating inaccurate hand measurement, triangulation, and string lines. One person can layout a space that would normally require two workers with traditional methods.

The drawing is made on site. Points collect and store. Done is the DXF or IGS filefor your CAD program.

The laser projectors can be operated

on mobile tracks by radio remote

control and can work continuously

from every direction in the room.

Projection color of the laser is red or

green. The laser dot is moved at high

speed in two directions (x, y) so fast

that the eye sees a xed image. The

dust – sealed projectors work even in

harsh environments.

The ProDirector brings many

advantages to the precast concrete

component industry. Rails, shutters,

form liners, accessory boxes, and

architectural masonry are easily

positioned with the laser light

without measuring tapes.

The laser system can be installed

in fixed locations and project onto

moveable pallets or as a mobile

trolley to move along rails above

multiple setup zones.
