49' DeFever Overview
Footprints is a classic 49' raised pilothouse DeFever in very good condition that has had a totalof three owners in her lifetime. She is the modified Plan B layout, where she has the privacy ofno direct stairs from the galley area but offers a door to the engine room forward from the masterstateroom. There are numerous upgrades, including the entire upper tender deck replaced withCorecell from her original wood coring. Footprints is turnkey and ready for her next cruise. Pricereduced!
49' DeFever Vessel Walkthrough
Entering the salon through the double aft doors from the same level aftdeck, you will find twolounge chairs and a cabinet to starboard, L-shaped sofa and coffee table to port, galley portforward, side deck access door and steps to the pilothouse starboard forward. Stepping up tothe raised pilothouse, you will find side deck access doors on each side, stairs to the flybridgeto starboard, a settee with table to port and a full console forward. Walking down the starboardforward steps to the staterooms, the guest stateroom is forward, guest head to port and masterstateroom aft. Engine room access is from the master stateroom and lazarette. The interior isa beautiful teak veneer finish throughout.

Footprints offers an amidships master stateroom with ensuite head and a guest stateroomforward with offset single berths. The guest head is to port of the foyer, just aft of the gueststateroom. The pilothouse table lowers to create a day berth for overflow guest accommodation.

Footprints offers two lounge chairs and a cabinet to starboard, sofa and hi/lo coffee/dining tableto port, galley port forward, refrigerator/freezer and dry storage starboard forward next to thesteps to the pilothouse and the starboard side deck access door. There are also screen doorsaft and beautiful Teak parquet sole.

The guest stateroom is located forward and offers offset single berths, storage drawers, hanginglocker, overhead deck hatch and 4 portlights for plenty of natural light and ventilation, anchorlocker access, reading lights. The guest head is located to port in the foyer, just aft of the gueststateroom.
49' DeFever Pilothouse
The pilothouse offers a full console with chart drawers and storage forward, side deck accessdoors on each side, a settee with table and day berth above on the port side, steps to theflybridge starboard aft and steps to the staterooms starboard forward.

The aftdeck is on the same level as the salon and side decks, which allows easy access andline/fender handling. There is a transom door to the swimplatform and the aftdeck is fully coveredby the flybridge overhead. There is a deck hatch to the lazarette and engine room. There areteak decks on the aftdeck and side decks only and not the foredeck, which is non-skid paint. There is a Bimini extension over the aftdeck that was new in 2010 and there are removable sunscreens for the sides and aft. There is also a stainless steel BBQ grill with dedicated propanetank.
