Responsibilities
― Grow and nurture long-term
client relationships through
a deep understanding of
past projects and future
objectives.
― Provide expert direction for
our clients, balancing the
needs of the business and
those of their customers.
― Manage delivery of a wide
range of tactical and
strategic design briefs
including resourcing,
budget and quality of output.
― Write and present high
quality, engaging and
authoritative reports and
presentations.
― Partner with an Account
Director, Project Manager,
Resource Manager, fellow
Principal Consultants as
well as the Experience
Design Director (your line
manager) to manage a
client account group.
― Provide quality assurance
and practice leadership
across the projects you
are assigned to.
― Coach and mentor
consultants in all aspects
of their work.
As an exceptional practitioner, putting users and business stakeholders at the heart of everything you do is part of your DNA.
The person
― At least five years’ experience
in a design and build agency
and/or management
consultancy.
― Likely to be educated to
degree level (computing
sciences, HCI, business,
psychology or design).
― Extensive experience in a
client facing role working
with top 100 brands
leading senior stakeholder
workshops and influencing
clients.
― Ideally Business Analyst or
Management Consulting
background.
― Commercially aware with an
understanding of ROI and
online marketing metrics.
― Excellent relationship
building skills with the ability
to create rapport and build
relationships with clients and
colleagues.
― Comfortable leading
multidisciplinary teams on
large design and build
programmes.
― Experience in a project-
based environment as a
team member and as a
manager setting and
monitoring project budgets.
― Excellent report writing
and presentation skills.
― Experience in managing,
leading and coaching UX
consultants.
