private labelling, and with our expertise in packing and labelling -we will help make it happen.

Securing quality in food safety is both an important and obvious focus area for CARMO FOOD. We therefore have decided to become registered to the ISO 22000

certificate, based on an attitude to carry the knowledge, that no matter where in the food supply chain you are, whether you consume it or retail it – its in everybody’s

best interest, to feel safe about the products and its quality.

The Danish `elite-smiley´ provided by governmental food safety authorities the natural effort of achievement is, compound on interest of valid results. And the main reason is traceability – from slaughterhouse to costumer

– that is a course in all of our meat products.

Beef and Veal

Beef and veal is one of our biggest strengths.We supply meat from all over the world:

New Zealand, USA, Africa, South America, Australia and several European countries. We get the meat

directly from slaughterhouses, selected by our own purchasers who regularly visit the various suppliers.

We have our own authorized cold storage which means that we can live up to a wish from our

customers for day-to-day deliveries.

Carmo Food NordicHence our sister company´s - CARMO FOOD Nordic A/S - direct contact to multiple beef and veal slaughterhouses in Europe, USA, New Zealand, Australia and South America, we are able to offer a variety of quality beef and veal products. We can match any acquired taste, cuts and tastes.

PorkSeveral times a week, the trucks stop by our headquarters in Nørresundby

with pork in several cuts.

And if it´s by request, the meat will be delivered directly to our many customers. The pork meat comes from countries like

France, Spain, Ireland , Poland , Holland and Germany.

Our wide range of suppliers within the pork market enables us to offer not only standard pork cuts, but also special or alternative cuts to satisfy a specific client´s need.

Our biggest partners are mainly slaughter houses in Spain, Ireland, Holland, Belgium, Germany, France and Poland. We have exclusivity with some of these partners for some specific cuts which empowers our chances to control the pricing of the respective products in the market.

Lamb

The demand for lamb is increasing. Lamb has been incredibly popular and are available in many different cuts. We have them all!

Our lamb comes mainly from New Zealand, Wales and Ireland. But Chile, Iceland and Uruguay produces fine lamb to.

With great support in our sister company´s - CARMO FOOD NORDIC - who after a lot of experience in purchasing and selling venison and game meat had acquired great knowledge

in this area, we are able to offer this speciality to our clients.

Our purchasers handpick our game meat in distant climes of New Zealand, Australia, USA and Europe.

With our network of suppliers, we can provide you with a broad dimension of fish and shellfish.

At CARMO FOOD poultry cuts are basic stocks in our coldstorage, whether it be chicken, turkey or duck and raw or processed.

We cooperate with world´s largest and most modern poultry slaughterhouses. Our main suppliers are responsible for the

entire process - from farm to food - and therefore guarantees a high quality at each stage.
