There is no need to bring a radar key with you on your visit. The Museum has an access vehicle with a tail lift to enable visitors in wheelchairs easy access. This service can be requested via the Duty Manager by calling 07788 666161. The vehicle is able to carry manual and compatible motorised wheelchairs but not mobility scooters. Please note: the vehicle is unable to carry pushchairs. Our nearest Changing Places toilets are located at Dudley Archives and Local History Centre, just 5 minutes’ walk from our main visitor reception. Changing Places opening times: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm Sat 10am-4.30pm Closed on Sunday If you would like more details please call 01384 812771.
