You  could  do  use  the  same  chords  and  change  the  notes  of  the  melody  slightly…  Or  you  could  play  each  note  of  the  chords  separately  to  create  a  broken  chord  

backing…  Or  you  could  change  the  way  you  play  the  rhythm  of  the  chords  or  the  melody….
