If it is time for your consultation and you continue to see the white screen, please contact your hospital department for assistance.
Is the system secure?
Your virtual consultation session is like a consultation session at the hospital – private, but just online and from the comfort of your home.
Every virtual session is encrypted and protected based on banking industry standards and proven technologies, and your personal details are not stored when a video appointment is scheduled.
Is my mobile phone device compatible with VidyoMobile?
VidyoMobile is supported by most of the latest mobile devices. You can refer to http://info.vidyo.com/temp-vidyomobile-devices.html for the list of mobile devices that are supported.
Your healthcare professional may have ‘locked’ the virtual room for other purposes. You can only join the virtual room 15 minutes before your scheduled consultation time.

Follow the prompts to download and install the system. Skip this step if you have already installed the system.
Switch back to your browser. You should see this screen.
