Youth will attend three career readiness trainings and the program will culminate in a week-long job shadowing experience and local college visit in August. Placements for our Summer of STEM participants have been secured at Allegany County Government, Allegany Media, Hunter Douglas, IBM, Rocky Gap, and Western Maryland Health System. 4-H youth will be selected through an application and interview process.
