Challenge

CNR acts as a substitute of the AGM on budgetary, strategic and policy matters; the body has a broad scope of high level responsibilitiesNRs change fast and not all NRs can develop deep knowledge in all CNR mattersBeing volunteers, NRs have limited time for the CNR and cannot be experts in everythingCNR spends significant time focusing on internal procedures and insufficient time on strategic development of ESNStrategic work requires a better structure!
