Motor Carrier Enrollment

Submit PSP enrollment agreement

● Customer service team reviews agreement

● Users receive individual login credentials

ongoing account management

YES, and FMCSA encourages them to

do so!

No enrollment required

Driver can bring own PSP record or

motor carrier can obtain through PSP

Information Act (FOIA) from FMCSA

Data Protection

Data handling must adhere to:
