Why produce in Romania ? Well Romania o�ers commercial tradition, political stability (EU member), legal security and a high level of training for it’s committed workforce. Furthermore Romania is strategically positionedbetween Turkey, Russia and Western Europe, goods can freely transit from all countries into Romania and just as easily transit out of Romania into any country. Average transit time for goods from Istanbul, Turkey to our facility in Braila, Romania is less than 24 hours, daily consolidated transport is available from several transport companies. Transit times througout the most of Europe is between 24-48 hours making Romania a preferred production hub for many companies.

We o�er our clients professional solutions to their speci�c needs, starting with fabric sourcing through our partnerwho has o�ces in Shanghai, Ningbo, Istanbul and Montevideo. Their local presence enables us to provide quick sourcing and fabric development.

Our sewing department has 5 big and 3 small production lines at their disposal allowing a weekly production of between 30.000 and 35.000 garments, both in woven and jersey, with products varying from dresses, tops, blouses,skirts, trousers and playsuits to sporting goods such as jogging suits, sweatshirts, T-shirts, leggings, �tness clothing, swim wear and underwear.

We are proud to be allowed to produce for brand labels such as Zara, Bershka, Pull&Bear, Sabina Musayev, BA&SH,Quontom, Patrizia Pepe and many others as well as a variety of high street chains such as Primark, Miss Selfridge, River Island, New Look, M&co, Walmart-ASDA and online shopping companies such as Asos.

Design, pattern making, work preparation and proto-typing is done by our technical department. The department is headed by 3 experts who each lead their own teams CAD, Sample room and technical support & QC team.

The CAD team uses Gemini CAD with 2 work stations, photo digitizer and a double head Inkjet plotter. The Gemini CAD System uses Direct Convertors to import patterns directly from any other CAD system used by our partners, provided they are in one of the major CAD software native formats, thus we are able to import and use directly native pattern �les from Gerber, Lectra, Assyst and Investronica, using these direct convertors we can also import and export AAMA DXF pattern �les to all other standard CAD systems.

The 70m² sample room is sta�ed with 5 highly experienced seamstresses that can turn your sketches into reality. Both teams are supported and lead by the technical support & QC team that analyses all styles and organizes the work�ow, quality control checks and have �nal responsability. Within the teams we speak English, Italian, Spanish,German, Dutch, Russian and Romanian.

Daily management is shared between Mrs Ileana Pirvu the director of production and Mr Martin Pakter theowner and general manager who is responsable for sales and management.

In 2012 we introduced the Unorthadox brand which allows us to supply customers who do not have their own label, with styles from our ranges. The designs are made for us by a selected group of designers that we work with on other projects based on story boards of the customer or on their own ideas. In 1998 we purchased our current premises which are located in Braila along the Danube river. The main building has approx. 2.900 m², furthermore we have rented 550 m² in which we have our cuttingroom.

In July 2016 we purchased 1.800 m² of land next to our current facility on which we plan to build in 2017- 2018 a 3.600 m² extension, which will house a newcutting room, pressing & �nishing section and garment warehouse for 80.000 garments.

Braila is located in the north eastern part of Romania just south of Moldova and the Ucraine, the nearest airport is Bucharest Otopeni (OTP) airport, which is approx. 200km away from Braila. The city of Braila is part of the main textile production area of Romania (Braila, Focsani, Buzau, Ploiesti). Since the early 50’s major companies such as Braiconf (men’s shirt factory) have shaped the city. Currently the city still has approx. 30 textile factories mainly specialized in woven products such as men’s shirts, suits, blouses, tops, dresses, jackets etc. The main customers come from Italy, France, The United Kingdom and Germany.
