Hi, Im Gerry Meeks, Broker and owner of Florida Time realty, inc., where listening to you and earning your business occurs every day.
For the last 12 years I have actively worked in the southwest Florida real estate market as a state certified appraiser and Realtor listing and selling homes all across the area.
A little history: I began selling homes back in what I call the wild west days of the early 2002 and 2003 when there were buses of buyers and lines out the doors at the launch of new neighborhoods. I also sold homes during the downturn in the economy and have watched the prices once again increase to present market values. So, I am not new to this profession, I have been around the proverbial real estate block, through the economic cycles and am fortunate to say that I love what I do.
