1. In accordance to the observance of Equal Employment Opportunity Principle (EEOP) set by the Civil Service Commission, this Office announces the assessment and evaluation of applicants on for School Principal III & II, Master Teacher II & I, Head Teacher III, Guidance Counselor I, Project Development Officer II, Supply Officer I, Administrative Assistant III (Senior Bookkeeper) Administrative Assistant II (Disbursing Officer II) and Administrative Aide III positions on September 30, 2019, Monday, 8:00 AM, at the DepEd-SDO Conference Hall.

2. All applicants regardless of sex, age, religion, disability are eligible to apply for the position in as much as they meet the specified qualification.

3. Qualified applicants are advised to submit their application letters together with the photocopy of their supporting documents arranged according to the sequence of the criteria of the DepEd Order (Hiring Guidelines) applicable to the position applied for with proper ear tags and table of contents.

4. Attached herewith is Annex 1 Self Evaluation Form for your completion and basis in arranging your documents. Please bring this with you during the assessment.

5. Additional documents will no longer be accepted and entertained during the assessment proper.

6. Original documents shall be presented during the scheduled assessment in order for the submitted photocopied documents be given credit.
