ABOUT OUR FLOORING MILL

Uniboard® made the move into the flooring industry to create value-added products, leveraging its leadership in HDF composite panels and its renowned expertise in TFL manufacturing. Uniboard’s flooring operations’ are a result of three factors: ultra-efficient equipment, an innovative high-tech production process and a highly skilled and technical workforce.

From the beginning, Uniboard has taken a leadership role in the North American flooring industry. The company was instrumental in establishing the North American Laminate Flooring Association (NALFA), the first of its kind.

Renowned for its characteristics, such as performance and quality, Uniboard’s laminate flooring is considered second to none. With a longstanding commitment to innovation, Uniboard’s product line is now a staple in homes across Canada and the U.S.

Uniboard proudly offers three distinctive flooring lines: laminate, engineered and rigid core.

OUR FLOORING PRODUCT PORTFOLIO

In 1998, Uniboard® created the first synchronized/embossed-in-register (EIR) technology in North America. By perfectly aligning the finish with the wood texture, Uniboard’s flooring achieves a new level of realism. Each panel is unique, adding authenticity to your flooring design by replicating the beauty of the natural wood grain.

Our flooring division offers three highly demanded flooring products: engineered flooring, providing the vitality and warmth of natural wood; laminate flooring, combining performance and design and rigid core flooring, delivering extra stability and water resistance.

LAMINATE FLOORINGPure | Luxe | Vintage

Designed to reflect all the beauty of natural hardwood, our collection of laminate flooring offers a luxurious, refined touch. Uniboard’s cutting edge EIR and all-over textures creates a flooring product that perfectly imitates the characteristics of natural wood with the high-performance durability of laminate.

With rich and authentic wood designs, our laminate flooring outperforms other imported and domestic laminates.

The High Density Fiberboard (HDF) core uses a wax sealant on the tongue and groove, adds water resistance, while its 100% recycled wood fiber can contribute to the LEED® certification of your project.

With patented drop-lock technology, installation is simple and fast.

ENGINEERED FLOORINGAlliraTM | Aqua AlliraTM

Uniboard’s Allira engineered flooring is produced by transforming 100% reclaimed pre-consumer wood fibers into beautiful products to decorate your home. Allira products use specially-formulated HDF panels which offer greater resistance than a plywood core. Allira is also at the forefront of environmental responsibility and can also be offered as FSC® certified.

Allira offers a beautiful and innovative palette of 16 contemporary styles and colours ideal for your sophisticated way of life.

We also offer Aqua Allira, a waterproof engineered wood flooring, one of the most innovative products in the market, which is made of a rigid core and a real veneer overlay.

RIGID CORE FLOORINGGeonyxTM

Developed with strength, rigidity and water resistance in mind, our Geonyx rigid core flooring is produced with a core containing stone. This waterproof rigid core won’t expand or contract with changes in atmospheric conditions, providing greater stability over time.

With triple lock installation, there’s no need for glue or nails. Using a rubber hammer, the installation of this flooring is completed faster than traditional methods.
