Dhemaji, Lakhimpur, Jorhat and Dibrugarh were reported to affected. According to Central Water Commission (CWC) report, River Brahmputra and its tributaries were flowing in Severe flood situation in upper districts of Assam state and River Brahmaputra at Dhubri is flowing in Severe flood situation at Dhubri district.
