Minimum Usage Charges for FY 2015-16

The minimum usage charges (MUC) for FY 2015-16 is Rs

400/- per month. Please note that the Service tax, as

applicable, will be extra.

For any member who has MUC arrears –

(i)Defaulters date: Member is requested to make the payment thon or before 15 of the following month, in order to avoid

his/her name not to be part of defaulters list on the notice board.

(ii)Struck-off date: The Member's name will be removed from the list of members, in case the above payment is not made

thon or before the 30 of the following month.

th thNote: In the above scenario, if the 15 and 30 of the following months are holidays or Sundays, then the previous working day will be used for the defaulters & struck-off dates.

(iii)Re-admission fee: An amount of Rs 1000/- plus service tax will be charged after the managing committee approves to readmit the member.

(iv)MUC will be run for subsequent months for any member who is removed. The readmission fee would be collected along with all the MUC arrears.

Swimming Pool Closed on all Mondays (02nd/9th/16th/23rd and 30th) of

this month.

As requested by many members, the optional advance

payment is open where members can pay an advance

amount. The advance payment can be adjusted against

any future usage at any facility of our club. Also, members

need not wait for the payment of bills as they can sign and

leave.

achievements for us to publish in the bouquets section. You

Please note that the contents might be edited to suit our

needs.

Update

It has been decided that the collection of MUC for the

month of Mar 2015 will be collected separately. Regular

MUC process will be followed similar to the other

months.

The Management is glad to announce that Corkage will

be allowed. Regular rules with respect to corkage will

apply.

16th Asian Rowing Championship, Beijing, China,

held in Sep 2015. He was the first person from

Tamil Nadu in the last 26 years to represent the

the Silver Medal in the Men's Eight+.

We are happy to announce the much awaited intra club table tennis tournament for the

members and their wards. The tournament is expected to start in the month of November.

Members and their wards are requested to register their names with Mr. Gopal @

9677762006. The following are the details for the registra�on:-

1) Entries open only to members & their wards. Non-members are not allowed.

2) Singles and doubles categories - men & women.

3) Based on the registra�ons, there could be separate matches for juniors too.th4) There is no entry fee. Entries close on 10 Nov 2015.

5) Par�cipants should bring their own racquets. Only TT balls will be provided by the

club.

6) Entries should be given separately for doubles (including the name of the partner).

7) Prizes will be given to the winners, runners and losing semi-finalists.nd8) All matches will be held at the Table Tennis room at the 2 floor.

9) Based on the entries received, the Management will draw the lots.

10) The fixtures will be posted one week before the first match. Separate in�ma�ons will

be provided to the par�cipants regarding the match fixtures.

The TNCA Club requests the members to par�cipate in the above event to make it a grand

success.

Dear Members,

At the very beginning, we would like to wish you

and your family members a happy and safe

Diwali.

We take this opportunity to thank all the donors

who donated their used but good condi�oned

clothes during the Joy of “Giving week” last

month.

The month of November has a special place in

our hearts. Tradi�onally this is when we

celebrate “Children and ladies night”. This �me it

is planned on the 14th Nov 2015 (Saturday). We

encourage par�cipa�on from the children and

ladies. We are posi�ve that this would be an

event to look forward with an evening filled on

fun games and contests with lots of cool prizes to

be won.

If your son/daughter is interested in a solo

performance during the children’s day, please

shall try to accommodate his/her performance

as part of the event. You may also call Mr. Gopal

Saturday movie nights are also planned as part of

As published in the previous edi�on, the TNCA Club won the finals of the interclub billards tournament against the hosts Gandhi Nagar Club by 4-1 and thereby winning the cash award of Rs 10000/- . The tournament was organised by Gandhi Nagar Club at their premises and sponsored by Gaames Unlimited.

On 10th Oct 2015, felicita�ons were given by the Management to the members of the team TNCA Club that

took part and won this pres�gious tournament. Individual mementoes were distributed.

This event was a�ended by Mr. K.S. Viswanathan (Hon Secretary), Mr. K.S. Srinivasan (Hon Joint Secretary), Mr. Jayant L Aasher (Hon Treasurer) and Mr. R. Mukundan (MIC – Billiards).

The Hon Secretary lauded the efforts of the players and informed that the Club encourages par�cipa�on like this and the management will be suppor�ng more such Billiards endeavours in the future.

Mr. A. Nirmal Vel (Captain) spoke about how the extra ordinary team effort that each player put in made the team TNCA Club to finish as winners. He also thanked the Management for this gesture.
