Brian grew up on the carnival circuit, travelling around Australia with his family. operating and fixing amusement rides.  Due to not having a permanent base, Brian was not able to attend school and found reading and writing challenging.  This meant that in spite of his incredible mechanical intelligence, applying for jobs was difficult. Brian was determined to set a great example for his children and enrolled in the Certificate I and Certificate II in General Education for Adults courses to build his literacy skills. Brian was an inspiration, showing enormous determination in the classroom and beyond. He developed a real passion for learning and made a number of life-long friends in his fellow students.   Since finishing his qualification, Brian has successfully completed his White Card and started work in Road and Traffic Management.  Brian sets an exceptional example for his children and his learning legacy is a classroom of students who take his life lessons out into the world.

Tuition fees: This fee covers the training delivery of the course. Tuition is calculated according to the number of hours you are enrolling in Materials fees: This fee covers any resources, equipment or tools you need to complete the course  Amenities fees: This fee contributes to non-training services and support that add to the student experience Because these differ from course to course, fees vary too!

If your application is successful and there are enough enrolments to run the course, you will be offered a place. At this time, you will receive the enrolment and payment forms. We offer direct debit payment plans. You can learn more about that below. . 

Complete and return your Course Application Form to your nearest Campus. A representative of CCG will contact you to arrange a pre-enrolment interview.

Attend the pre-enrolment interview. Here we will discuss the course requirements, your education levels, vocational pathways and employment goals for this qualification. We will chat about your suitability for the course and determine if you are eligible for a Government-funded training place.

AM I ELIGIBLE?

As a guide, you may be eligible for a government-subsidised training place if you are:  An Australian citizen, holder of a permanent Visa or a New Zealand citizen, AND any of the following:

We will help you determine your eligibility and provide you with a fully itemised quote in your pre-enrolment interview. If you are not eligible for a Government funded training place, you can still enrol in the course as a full-fee paying student. You may be entitled to concessions or assistance through a payment plan. 

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A CONCESSION?You may be eligible for a concession ontuition fees if you are:

Enrolling in a government-subsidisedcourse up to certificate IV level

AND

Hold a current and valid:

Commonwealth Healthcare CardPensioner Concession Card orVeterans' Gold Card

WHAT IS SKILLS FIRST FUNDING?Skills First funding makes vocational training more accessible to people who do not hold a post-school qualification, or who want to gain a higher-level qualification than they already hold. CCG can offer eligible students the government subsidised Skills First Funding Program for Nationally Recognised training.

• Under 20 years of age• 20 years or older but upskilling by enrolling in a higher level course than your existing qualification• Enrolling in a Foundation Skills List course (and do not hold a Diploma or above qualification or are receiving core skills training in other sectors)• Seeking to enrol in an apprenticeship
