Customer On Boarding ProcessMaterial Description

Agreement Subscription Agreement and Service Order are completed by the customer and sent to agent for forwarding to FleetDaddy.

Hardware implementation

FleetDaddy will make necessary arrangements for on site hardware installation (installation usually done in less than 30 minutes per vehicle – can be done in off hours).

Customer Training Customer training will be provided by FleetDaddy through individual sessions.
