Our PhilosophyFLBlogCon was founded on the principles of openly sharing experience and expertise with others. This conference provides one day where we cast aside differences in backgrounds, blogging topics, and competitive goals, and instead embrace coming together in the spirit of cooperation, helpfulness, and friendship.

We know you will embrace this philosophy and focus on the great role models of professionalism set by yourself and your fellow bloggers. Most importantly, we want all bloggers to feel welcome and included, no matter their experience or background.

Thank you for helping to make this happen!

Before Dawn became a chef and nutritionist, and before she launched ThisHonestFood.com, she worked in marketing for 18 years as a copywriter, graphic designer, and documentary producer for several large agencies, as well as The Walt Disney Company.

Dawn is also an experienced college instructor and motivational speaker and she looks to share her story with this year’s FLBlogCon attendees: “I only had 2.5 months of severance pay as a cushion for my regular bills, and only $500 of seed money, so I had to build, launch, generate leads, market, and sell as quickly as possible from the only two platforms with which I was most familiar -- Blogging and Wordpress. From Zero to Online Entrepreneur in Less Than 90 Days and Under $500 is the map I created to build my successful online health and wellness business in less than three months.”
