A Step-by-Step Facility Manager Guide to using the Flavour Creations eLearning Centre

Step 1 – Accessing the Flavour Creations eLearning Centre Visit https://elearning.flavourcreations.com.au/and click on Log In/Register which is situated in the top right of the main navigation menu.

Step 2 – Account Registration Fill in all required fields on the registration page then click Register. Don’t forget the password you entered as you will need this again when you log back into site once your account has been approved. If you do not have a facility group, please select Stand Alone from the drop down. Alternatively, If you are unable to locate your facility please contact Flavour Creations on 07 3373 3000.

Step 3 – Email Confirmation You will receive an email confirmation from Flavour Creations once your account has been approved. Click on the Log In link within the confirmation to return to the eLearning Centre. Please use the password you entered at the time of registration.

Step 4 – Log In Enter your Email and Password and select Log In.

Step 5 –Dashboard The Dashboard allows Facility Managers to view all registered Facility Staff. Staff members are listed alphabetically however the search filter can assist with searching for a specific staff member.

Within the listing, Facility Managers can view Facility Staff member’s Completed and Incomplete Units. The number of units is linked to a further listing (within a pop up window) which displays Module and Unit names and the dates units were started and completed. Certificates of Completion can be printed from this view by clicking Select Action. To exit this pop up view, click the X in the top right corner.

To view a sample of each of the training videos and associated questionnaires, click the Training Modules link in the main navigation menu. To view a Unit, click on one of the Unit names in the core training modules listing. Once the Unit has been selected, a snapshot of the Unit which consists of an introduction, video and/or pdf content and the questionnaire is displayed. To return to the Dashboard, click on the Dashboard link in the main navigation menu or to view more training Units, click on the Return to Training Modules button at the end of the snapshot.

Step 6 –Log Out To log out of the eLearning Centre, simply click Log Out in the top right of the main navigation menu.
