THE NEXT STEPS

To provisionally book your chosen festive event, simply pay a deposit of £10.00 per person to secure the booking. The deposit will be due within seven days of the initial enquiry. A deposit of £50.00 per person is required for Christmas or New Year’s Eve residential packages. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

You are required to pay the final balance for the event and any beverage pre-orders by four weeks prior to the event you are attending for both Christmas Party Nights and residential bookings. Once full payment has been received no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made.

Check in from 3:00pm. Join us for canapés and mulled wine served in the Terrace Bar from 6:00pm. Enjoy our carol singers at 6:30pm before a delicious three-course meal in Balharries Restaurant served from 7:00pm until 9:00pm. After dinner, take in a film in our movie room or choose from a selection of board games available in the Terrace Bar.

CHRISTMAS DAY

Start Christmas Day with a relaxed breakfast in Balharries Restaurant served from 7:30am until 10:00am. Enjoy a refreshing swim or work up an appetite in our fully-equipped fitness centre. Sit down to your festive lunch followed by coffee and mince pies from 12:30pm until 2:30pm. After lunch, why not take a self-guided stroll with one of our local walk guides or watch the Queen’s speech which will be shown in the Terrace Bar. A delicious buffet will be served in Balharries Restaurant from 7:00pm until 9:00pm, with time to relax to the sound of our resident Pianist in the Terrace Bar.
