CHALLENGE: Police cannot be everywhere ALL of the time !

SOLUTION:• Create the reality that there is always

meaningful Police presence –

somewhere ALL of the time

THE OBJECTIVE

• The creation of a proactive Road Policing Unit designed to create an unprecedented 24/7 meaningful police presence on the roads throughout Trinidad and Tobago.

THE PLAN

• 255 Law Enforcement Agents• 30 Civilian (Fixin’ TnT / ArriveAlive)• 3 Eight hour shifts per Day• 51 Officers per shift• 3 Teams of 17 Officers per Shift deployed to

different parts of the country• 10 Static Exercises per Team• Resulting in 30 static exercises per shift• 90 static exercises per 24 hour period

• Random & Spontaneous • Short in Duration: Up to 30 Minutes• Can include Walking in Communities

• Taking Control of our Roads with Minimal inconvenience to the Public

• 3 License Officers• 15 Traffic Officers

• 3 Court & Process Officers• 3 Stolen Vehicle Division Officers

• 6 CID Detectives• 18 GEB/IATF Officers• 3 K9 Handlers

• 6 Civilians (Fixin’ T&T / Arrive Alive)

• 1 License Officer• 5 Traffic Officers

• 1 Court & Process Officer• 1 Stolen Vehicle Division Officer

• 2 CID Detectives• 6 GEB/IATF Officers
