The Story of M.

This is my story of how my health and life have been effected by five

major establishments:

The Food and Drug Administration

The Insurance Companies

Corporate Media

The American Medical Association

The Pharmaceutical Industry

FDA

FDA: stands for the food and drug administration. Their support of large

food manufacturers has been directly responsible for the destruction of

our food system and the loss of good quality healthy food.

The USDA is just another governmental agency that is culpable in this

regard. It's so bizarre, how you can have free access to extremely toxic

and dangerous foods that are highly processed and refined and guaranteed

to make anybody sick who uses them on a regular basis.

Look at the experiment that Dr. Travis Stork did and the documentary

Supersize Me. The Food and Drug Administration doesn’t appear to care

that they are damaging the health, quality-of-life, and lives of millions and

millions of people by allowing things like Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, all

these highly refined process soft drinks.

Things like NutraSweet and saccharine, all of these different artificial

sweeteners that are known neurotoxins and very toxic to the human body

and brain are allowed in the marketplace.

Then of course the whole GMO fiasco contributing to an explosion of

autoimmune problems, allergies, asthma, eczema, psoriasis, depression,

fatigue, cancer, depression, anxiety, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's

disease, ADD, ADHD, autism and the entire autism spectrum disorders.

It is ironic that GMO's are illegal in Europe and many other countries but

we have to fight for the very right in this country to have healthy food.

FDA (cont.)It is almost impossible in some states to get access to

raw milk, raw cheese, raw cream, and pigs and cows

that have been raised under healthy conditions. The

fact that these governmental agencies literally harass,

throw in jail, and make it impossible for farmers that

want to raise their food in healthy ways and provide

healthy food to their neighbors and their community

are persecuted almost as though these agencies are

an Inquisition. This is not the land of the free and the

home of the brave. We live under tyranny. Having

healthy food is not considered an inalienable right by

the government. They are there to protect large

corporations and large financial interests.

How the FDA Effected Me

When I was a little girl in grade school……….

Corporate Media

Media has a significant influence on the eating habits of people and

especially children. The media through advertising convince people of

what they need or think they need. People are being sold toxic waste some

would call food, and drugs they don’t need. Drug companies are spending

billions of dollars every year to list your miserable symptoms in a

commercial so you can go to your doctor and ask for the prescription you

were sold to by Pfizer. The drug companies are finding it more profitable

to get rid of the majority of their reps and focus on selling to the patient

who can then in turn ask the doctor for the drugs.

How Corporate Media Effected Me

When I was depressed……….

The Drug CompaniesPharmaceutical industry: the pharmaceutical industry is responsible for

perpetuating the disease treatment paradigm of healthcare. 99% of what we do in allopathic medicine today is either a pharmaceutical treatment or

surgical treatment. There is no emphasis on getting to the root cause of the problem.

We give lip service to preventive medicine and early detection of disease. However we do nothing to prevent it, and we're just as culpable as the governmental agencies. It is the pharmaceutical agenda that sponsors

research grants and medical school education, as well as continuing medical education. This is why you are more likely to get antidepressants to treat your symptoms of menopause rather than to address the real cause of a

woman's low estrogen symptoms.

The trend toward convenience foods, fast foods, and the ever growing

industrialization of our food production appears to be sanctioned by the

government, and they are doing nothing to remove these harmful foods

from the marketplace. They are subsidizing big business and big Pharma

instead of subsidizing the local farmers and the organic small farms that

are providing the really good healthy food for people to eat. The fact that

nutrition has been downplayed and physicians are not getting adequate

training in functional medicine is contributing to the ignorance and lack of

effectiveness of conventional physicians at dealing with the root cause of

peoples problems.

Using the Band-Aid medicine is only contributing to the perpetuation of

disease not preventing it or reversing it. It's a crime that financially

challenged people can't afford good healthy food. It's a crime that our

children are going to school with lunch pail's filled with processed junk

food and high sugar containing food that destroys their minds and inhibits

the ability to learn and have the level of creativity and spontaneity and

curiosity that normal young healthy children have. If kids were given the

right food, and right environment to live in, they would never be sick.

When I was 17……….

The Insurance Companies

Obama Care has nothing to do with “Health Care”, it has everything to do

with how the insurance companies are getting paid.

The drug companies tell physicians what to prescribe for what patient. Drug

companies are not interested in covering drugs they don’t have a direct

contract with the pharmaceutical company that manufactured that drug.

The American Medical Association

The basic job of the AMA is to maintain the status quo and the predominance

of allopathic medicine in our culture.

It’s primarily because of the power of the AMA that chiropractors cant

prescribe drugs. In some states naturopathic physicians don’t prescribe drugs.

There was a time that osteopathic physicians in many states couldn’t prescribe

drugs or practice medicine until they were grandfathered in as MDs.

The AMA is an organization designed to guard the turf for MDs and make

sure they stay at the top of the pecking order wearing golden shackles.

• Promote the art and science of medicine for the betterment of the

public health• Advance the interests of physicians and their patients• Promote public health• Lobby for legislation favorable to physicians and patients• Raise money for medical education
