Five-Day Intensive Course Week Format

Monday

Designer Handbag Cake Students spend the day creating the Chanel handbag cake.

Tuesday

Chocolate Wrap Cake Although this can be completed in one day, on the five-day course it often runs over onto the following day allowing for a more relaxed pace and more decoration time for the faster students.

Wednesday

Chocolate Wrap Cake Finishing time if needed. Jimmy Choo Shoe Cake Covering the box (not board or lid). Making the heel and sole for the shoe. Please note: Paul recommends that you use real cake for the box while students use dummy cake. This saves a lot of time but needs to be advertised as such. However, if you prefer that students use real cake then this is entirely your choice.

Thursday

Jimmy Choo Shoe Cake Cover the lid and then the board and bring it all together. Sugar Flowers Peony

Friday

Sugar Flowers Rose, filler flowers and leaves (time dependent). Sugar Models Teddy Bear, boy, girl and where time allows, free-time on seasonal models.
