you have to really move
towards barbecued
drumsticks for a change. They’re not only healthier but they’re also
yummier. Barbecuing chicken legs lets the meat cook in its own juices
and prevents them from drying out. They will still end up moist, juicy

1. Grilled Chicken
Drumsticks with Garlic
Marinade
Process some lemon juice, garlic,
olive oil, salt and pepper in a food
processor or blender. Place the

mixture in a bowl and put your
chicken legs in. Transfer to a
Ziploc bag, seal and shake to
make sure that the pieces of
meat are all well-coated.
Marinate for at least two hours
and grill them in low heat for

Get a small mixing bowl and whisk a teaspoon of finely grated lemon
peel, kosher salt, extra-virgin olive oil, pressed garlic cloves, chopped
oregano and fresh lemon juice. Pour the mixture into a re-sealable bag.
Add your chicken legs into the bag then seal and shake. Coat the
chicken and put the bag inside the fridge for up to two days. Grill the
drumsticks over medium heat, turning them frequently for about 30
minutes.

some orange zest, mustard, hot
sauce, olive oil and orange juice.

last 5 minutes of cooking.

Mix some olive oil, cayenne pepper,
cumin, paprika, pepper and salt in a bowl.
Add some garlic, parsley and onions. Mix
the ingredients again, slowly pouring a
