● Complementingexistingcorporateprogramsbyofferingorganisationsservicessuchasprofessionalmentoring,educationanddiversitystatisticsanddataabouthowtoretainandgrowtheirfemaleworkforce.
● Empoweringindividualstoachievetheircareeraspirationsthroughregularwebinarsandeventsfromleadingexpertsandstudentoutreachprograms
● ExpandingtheFITTnetworkbyincreasingCorporateandindividualsubscribersaswellasincreasingouronlineinfluencethroughsocialmediachannel

KeyAccountabilities
● OverseeingtheAnnualMentoringprogramincludingassociatedtrainingrequirementsandeventsensuringitisexecutedtoplanandbudget,feedbackisincorporatedandrecommendationsforadjustmentaremade
● Managesupplierbudgets,andfacilitatementoringtraininginconjunctionwithsuppliers● UnderstandanddocumentFITTpolicyforskillsdevelopmentactivities● ActivelyengagewithMCandmemberstofindMenteesandMentors,aswellastodeliverprograms● BeanactivememberoftheFITTcommunity,whichentailsregularreportingtoMC-OperationsandFITT● Ensureaccountabilityforactions,soundgovernancepracticesandmetricreportingtoassistFITTwithachievingits
goalsandoutcomes.
KPIs:TobesubmittedbythepersoninthisroletotheManagementCommitteeforreview,approvalandongoingmeasurementatthenextAnnualPlanningDay.MustincludeWebinardelivery(numberperyear),andsatisfactionratingtarget,andmentoringprograms(National/Lite/Circle)satisfactionrating,andCorporatesponsorsatisfactiontargets
