ROOP - CLIENT STARTING OCT 15TH/2015

PRIMARY GOALS

- Looking to lose final inches and pounds of waist line to get the confident and sexy body she is dreaming off. - Needs support for motivation for her training and eating lifestyle. - Would like to stay on top off things with a nutriton and meal plan provided to her for reference along with a exersise sheet for workouts she can do on non training or extra days where she has no spin or boxing class - Would like recommendations for her eating, espcaully for her snacks as she has been having sugar CRAVINGS AT HER WORK. Possiable due to her low calorie intake of 1000 - 1400 calories - She may be resetricting herself too much needs to start eating more as she starts doing training and eat smart before after work our nutrtion. Do high intensity training mixed with weights, cardio, circuits, abs and 3 day split is what she would prefer for her training program- As she would most likely like to do training 2 - 3 times per week. - Will be emailing her articles to learn about training and nutrtion as well [email protected]
