Class Descriptions

ACTIVE: Active is perfect if you are new to exercise or have not exercised in a long time. Also ideal for the super busy and fit who need to get it all in one hour - cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility. Scheduled: M/Th @ 4:30PM, T/Th @ 10:10AM, Sat @ 10:15AM

BODYFLOW: Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy. Scheduled: T/F @ 6:40PM, T/Th @ 9AM, Sat @ 11:15am, Sun @ 1:30PM

CORE: Train like an athlete in 30 action packed minutes. A strong core, from yourshoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, prevent back painand give you ripped abs! Get ready for functional and integrated exercises usingyour body weight, a weight plate, a towel and a platform - all to challenge you likenever before. Scheduled: W @ 5PM

FIGHT: Fight is for anyone wanting a challenging, athletic, and motivating workout. MMA moves drive a great cardio experience that also strengthens the entire body. Add variety to your training and improve timing, precision, and focus. Plus it’s a great way to kick stress out of your life! Scheduled: M/Th @ 6:40PM, M/W @ 10AM, Sat @ 11:15AM

BLAST: Blast is a great cardio alternative to walking, running, or stair climbing because you will do it all: walk, jog, run, jump, plyometrics, balance drills, lateral drills, and quickness drills – all on and off The STEP – to exciting energetic music.  Scheduled: M/W @ 5:30PM, F @ 10AM

BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.    Scheduled: M/W/F/Sat @ 9AM, M /F @ 5:30PM, W @ 6PM, T/Th @ 6AM & 4:30PM

RIDE: Ride is a fantastic way to improve your cardio fitness, burn calories, shape and strengthen your lower body, and have fun while doing it! Since you control the intensity of the workout by adjusting your own bike, it’s a great workout for all ages whether you are just starting out or are an avid cyclist looking to train indoors. Scheduled: M/W @ 5:30PM

RIDE THE RIDGE: Looking for an indoor cycling class in a fun environment? Try our classes up on The Ridge! A non-impact cardio workout that uses the full hour to help improve cardiovascular fitness, increases metabolism & boosts weight loss. Scheduled: T/Th @ 6PM, T/Th @ 9AM RIDE 30: Ride 30 is your 30-minute cardio workout. Music will make the time fly, and you will feel great working up a sweat! It’s only 30 minutes and the format is easy to follow.. It’s perfect for those that are short on time. Scheduled: M/W/F @ 12:15PM, T/Th @ 6AM

JUMPSTART SATURDAY: Get your weekend started right with this informative and interactive hour long cycling class. Strengthen your entire body while burning calories in a spin class to kick off the weekend!  Scheduled: Sat @ 7:30AM

WATER IN MOTION: Low impact, high-energy challenge for all ages, skill and fitness levels. With land equivalent intensity, fantastic sing-along quality music, and dynamic instructors, enjoy the pure fun of this 55 minute water extravaganza Scheduled: T/Th @ 6PM, Sat @ 9AM

AQUA BLAST: In this hour long class, you will take your fitness to the next level by focusing on High-intensity Interval Training followed by 10-15 minutes of core. If you're looking for something challenging, join us! Scheduled: M/W @ 1:30PM AQUA KICKBOXING: Our brand new water aerobics class combines low impact kickboxing techniques with strength training exercises to create an exciting and fun workout! This class improves strength, balance, agility, flexibility, and is great for all ages! Take the workout outside of the ring and into the water! Scheduled: T/Th @ 8AM

AQUA ZUMBA: Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles Scheduled: T/Th @ 5PM

WATER AEROBICS: Improve core strength, tone, flexibility, mobility, balance, and strength using water weights, aqua belts, and noodles. Effective for various physical limitations. (Partially uses deep end of the pool.) Scheduled: M/T/W/Th @ 9AM, M/W @ 8AM

SILVER SNEAKERS: SilverSneakers Classic is an industry-leading fitness program for older adults. It includes light cardio, weight training, balance, and stretching. Scheduled: M/W/F @ 11AM

KIDS YOGA: Improve Strength, flexibility, mental focus, and coordination. Children will learn how to center themselves with various breathing and will learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, yoga games, creativity and self expression. Scheduled: (Ages 3-6) T @ 4:30PM

TRX: Developed by Navy SEALs, TRX develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability using the suspension trainer, a portable training tool that leverages gravity using body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. Scheduled: M/W @ 9AM, T/Th @ 5:30PM, Sat @ 8AM This class is an additional fee. 

BARRE NONE: Barre None™ is a fun, energetic, low-impact workout using techniques from Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga to tone the body; combining strength, balance & flexibility exercises that will increase cardio activity. Our barre equipment will ensure a full body workout, that can be modified for any fitness level. No dance experience is required, so leave your inhibitions at the door and come be the best version of yourself - Barre None™! Scheduled:  M @ 6AM, M/W @ 6:30pm, T/Th @ 11:45AM & 5:30PM, Sat @ 10PM

MMA FITNESS: This class is designed to demonstrate and teach the basic principles of M.M.A. (Mixed Martial Arts). The student will learn simple but effective techniques used in contemporary competition, while also getting a great workout! Scheduled: T @ 7PM  (Open Mat Time /Intro to MMA Sat @ 2:30PM-4:30PM) This class is an additional fee. 

BOOT CAMP: Whether you’re an elite athlete, casual gym patron, or novice, you need help reaching your fitness goals. Boot Camp is designed for personalized & informative support geared toward building a sense of camaraderie, character, and individual health & wellness. Enlist today to become more comfortable with dynamic stretching, weight lifting, plyometrics, and even martial arts. Scheduled: M/W/F @ 6AM, T/Th @ 9AM, M/W @ 6PM This class is an additional fee, with a six-week commitment. 

H2YOGA: This is a water-based workout you have never tried before! We combine elements of balance, bodyweight exercises, yoga, plyometrics, HIIT, and pilates, all on our Aqua Physical fitness boards in the pool. Come try this new and exciting way to exercise at the Kroc! Scheduled: T @ 7PM, Sun @ 3PM This class is an additional fee. Check online for FREE class offerings.

RESTORATIVE YOGA: A practice designed to restore the central nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Students will use props and restorative poses to support yoga postures, while gently stretching and strengthening the body and relaxing the mind. This class is appropriate for students of all levels, and sound healing, meditation or other relaxation techniques may also be used. Scheduled: Sun @ 3:30PM

SILVER SNEAKERS YOGA: SilverSneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a series of seated and standing poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform seated & standing postures that increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Scheduled: T/Th @ 10:30AM

BEGINNER YOGA: Want to try yoga? Join this introductory hour long class and learn basic poses and breathing techniques as seen in Centergy and discover mind & body wellness. (Class limited to 10) Scheduled: Sun @ 2:45PM

SUNRISE YOGA: Sunrise Yoga synchronizes movement and breath which helps develop a greater sense of self-awareness, balance, and harmony in a 60- minute class. Sequences will flow smoothly between poses, and may include the variations of Sun Salutations, standing postures, deep relaxation, and more. Start the day with designated time to reflect, move, and connect with your body and mind. Scheduled: M/W @ 6AM

HIIT Rowing: High Intensity Interval Training meets the Rower for a 30-40 minute class, focusing on calorie burn and heart pounding work targeting glutes, core, legs, back and arms.  Scheduled: M/W/F @ 5PM This class is an additional fee. 

MIDDAY YOGA: Midday Yoga synchronizes movement and breath which helps develop a greater sense of self-awareness, balance, and harmony in a 60- minute class. Sequences will flow smoothly between poses guided by breathing cues. Each class may include the variations of Sun Salutations, standing postures, deep relaxation, and more. Take time out of your day to gather, reflect, move, and connect with your body and mind. Scheduled: M/W/F @ 11:10AM

Studio Pass Classes

MAT PILATES: Mat Pilates is a perfect blend of deep muscle toning, stretching, balancing, breathing techniques with a major focus on core muscles (abs, back, hips, shoulders).  Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Mat Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to tone your muscles and increase mobility, balance, and strength in your everyday performance. Scheduled: Th @ 6:30PM

Small Group Training Classes

SQUEAKY SNEAKERS: Learn balance, coordination, flexibility, rhythm and activity in this intro-to-fitness class. Children will use small chairs, exercise balls, and learn about wellness in a fun and safe setting! Scheduled: (Ages 2-5) Th/Sat @ 10AM

KID FIT: Jump, squat, and climb! Workout while your child stays active. See tangible improvements in your child's flexibility, excitement for being active, and self- confidence. Great for play dates. Scheduled: (Ages 3-5) M/F @ 10AM | (Ages 6-9) W @ 5PM & Th @ 4:30PM
