Mr. D. K. Goel(Founder Chairman and Chief Mentor)

FIITJEE was created in 1992 by the vision and toil of Mr. D. K. Goel, a Mechanical

Engineering Graduate from IIT Delhi. We had a very humble beginning as a forum for

IIT-JEE, with a vision to provide an ideal launch pad for serious JEE aspirants. Along

the way to realization of this vision, we went beyond merely coaching for IIT-JEE.

We actually started to make a difference in the way Students think and approach

problems. We started to develop ways to enhance Students’ IQ. We started to leave

an indelible mark on the Students who have undergone FIITJEE training. We started

changing lives. And all this was not a sheer coincidence. It was the urge, the compelling

desire, to always aspire for perfection and in the process, continuously keep on setting

newer benchmarks of excellence, which enabled us and our Students to achieve what

we have achieved. Today, aiming for the unachievable and continuously raising the

bar has become a part of the FIITJEE DNA.

The Success of our Students was inspiring and so was their faith in FIITJEE. It was

This will help them to receive early joining benefits, to pay least Program Fee (Fee will increase for subsequent tests) and also give

them maximum chance to avail a scholarship (60% of all FIITJEE scholarships are dispersed through FTRE only). Your chance of

getting scholarship in our subsequent tests is less probable as well as the quantum of scholarship to be awarded reduces.

plug loopholes so that they can plan their study schedule and improve upon their shortcomings to perform to their optimum on the Competitive

Entrance Exam day.

Students of each of the Classes V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X & XI securing a Rank in Top 500 will get a Certificate of Achievement and will also get

Online Doubt Removal Support to help them in their preparation, even without joining FIITJEE.

Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers for Class VIII, IX, X & XI will be decided on the basis of

performance in Comprehension Based Test and subject to scoring above minimum cut-off marks in each subject of the Paper. Students

must appear in both Papers (Paper 1 + Paper 2) and qualify Paper 2 to become eligible for any Cash Scholarships / Program Fee Waivers

/ Hostel Fee waivers.

In case of Class V, VI & VII, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers will be decided on the basis of performance in the

Paper and subject to scoring above minimum cut-off marks in each subject of the Paper.

Cash Scholarships

It is apparent that Top Students will get adequate scholarship money not only to support their preparation for IIT-JEE (Advanced) / Other

Competitive Entrance Exams but also for their studies at the IITs / Other Top Engineering Colleges / Schools.

Total Cash Scholarships + Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs + Hostel Fee Waivers worth about Rs. 10 Crores subject to Terms & Conditions.

Note : FIITJEE has been supporting extremely poor & not so meritorious and meritorious Students in general by way of Scholarships. In the last few years we have seen an inflationary rate of increase in cost of operations of FIITJEE. However the increase in Fee of FIITJEE Programs has been very nominal. All this has resulted in putting huge financial pressure on FIITJEE. Due to this reason, this year we are not in a position to offer Scholarships in number and value comparable to previous years. We are constrained to reduce Scholarships to half of previous years. Therefore, this year there will be many Students with excellent potential for IIT-JEE who may not get Scholarships. We advise Students not to feel disheartened, if they fail to get Scholarship from FIITJEE. However, our performance analysis should be able to clearly explain to them their individual potential.

Note : FIITJEE has been supporting extremely poor & not so meritorious and meritorious Students in general by way of Scholarships. In the last few years we have seen an inflationary rate of increase in cost of operations of FIITJEE. However the increase in Fee of FIITJEE Programs has been very nominal. All this has resulted in putting huge financial pressure on FIITJEE. Due to this reason, this year we are not in a position to offer Scholarships in number and value comparable to previous years. We are constrained to reduce Scholarships to half of previous years. Therefore, this year there will be many Students with excellent potential for IIT-JEE who may not get Scholarships. We advise Students not to feel disheartened, if they fail to get Scholarship from FIITJEE. However, our performance analysis should be able to clearly explain to them their individual potential.

on their Students’ performance in individual subjects i.e. Mathematics & Science (for Students of Class V, VI, VII, VIII & IX) and Mathematics,

Physics & Chemistry (for Students of Class X & XI). Schools will also be awarded trophies in case a Student from that school bags a medal for

overall performance.

Schools can encourage their Students to appear in FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam & win laurels for the School as well as Subject Teachers.

Every School Principal has the exclusive privilege to recommend a maximum of 21 Students (3 Students each from Class V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X & XI)

and FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam registration fee will be waived off for these recommended Students.

In case a very big school, with a large number of talented Students is desirous of recommending more than 21 Students, then it should contact the

nearest FIITJEE centre in writing. The final discretion in this case will remain with the respective FIITJEE Centre Head / Centre Coordinator. Decision

will be based on the performance of that school in IIT-JEE (Advanced), JEE (Main), KVPY, Olympiads, SAT and NTSE in the previous years.

In addition, a Best School Shield will also be awarded to the School which gives the best performance by its Students in FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam

in a particular zone.

The Best School Shield will be awarded to the school accumulating maximum points in its corresponding zone as per the following point system :

• For every Silver Medal won by a Student - 3 points

• For every Bronze Medal won by a Student - 1 point

Registration for Students currently enrolled in any FIITJEE program (Classroom Programs - without an exit option / School Integrated / Distance

only ). Please submit photocopy of FIITJEE Identity Card / Proof of Enrollment along with Paper Application form.

Registration Fee : No Fee till 21st September, 2013, Rs. 100/- from 22nd September to 8th October, 2013 and Rs. 200/- from

9th to 15th October, 2013.

Schools can also encourage their Students to appear in the FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam. To honour the school and its Students,

FIITJEE shall contribute 25% of the Total Registration Fee (excluding Service Tax), of that group of Students from that school, to the School

fund on exclusive rights of the School Principal for benevolent purposes. This is applicable for a group of at least 100 Students from the

same School and their Application Form are to be sent through the School Authority.

How to Register

Online Registration :

Log on to our online registration portal www.fiitjeeonline.in and create an account for yourself using your e-mail ID as

user name and set your preferred password. Update your profile info such as your Name, Class and School you are

studying at, Contact details and details about your parents etc. as the next step. You are now ready for an online registration.

Following payment options are available on the website.

1. Online payment using a Credit / Debit Card (Master / Visa) - Your Hall Ticket will be generated immediately after

successful payment. Please take two printouts of your Hall Ticket and paste your recent colour photograph on both the

copies. Submit one copy of your Hall Ticket to the Examination Controller during the Exam and get the second copy validated

& keep it for your records.

2. Cash Deposit at an axis Bank Branch in India – If you choose this option for registration, portal will create a deposit

challan for you. Take a printout of this challan and deposit the Exam Fee in cash at any Axis Bank branch in India. Your Hall

Ticket will be e-mailed to your e-mail ID given by you during online registration within four working days of the cash deposit.

You can also download your Hall Ticket after successful login on our online registration portal www.fiitjeeonline.in

Offline Registration : You can choose either the Paper Application mode or e-Application mode for doing Offline registration.

1. Paper application along with exam fee by Cash / DD / Pay Order deposit at a FIITJEE Centre – You can obtain a Paper

Application Form from any FIITJEE Centre or from your School office. Schools can obtain any number of Application

Forms from the nearest FIITJEE centre. Fill this Paper Application Form carefully and submit it in person or send by post

/ courier to any nearest FIITJEE Centre. Your Hall Ticket will be issued by the FIITJEE centre either in person or will be

sent to your e-mail ID as opted by you in the Application Form. You can also download your Hall Ticket from our

website www.fiitjee.com/downloadhallticket.htm. Downloads will not be available for Hall Tickets issued in person.

2. e-application along with exam fee by Cash / DD / Pay Order deposit at a FIITJEE Centre – Log on to our

online registration portal www.fiitjeeonline.in and create an account for yourself using your e-mail ID as

user name and set your preferred password. Update your profile info such as your Name, Class and School you are

studying at, Contact details and details about your parents etc. as the next step. Now you have to take a printout of your Online

Application (e-Application) and submit it in person or send by post / courier to your nearest FIITJEE Centre along with Exam Fee. If

you are submitting it in person at FIITJEE Centre, your Hall Ticket will be issued on the spot by the FIITJEE Centre. If you are sending

a printout of your Online Application form along with Demand Draft / Pay Order for Exam Fee by post / courier, your Hall Ticket

website www.fiitjee.com/downloadhallticket.htm. Downloads will not be available for Hall Tickets issued in person.

The DD / Pay Orders should be in favour of FIITJEE LTD. Open Test, Aptitude Test etc. A/C, payable at

respective locations mentioned against the list of Test Centres given in the Information Booklet handed over

along with Paper Application Form. For DDs / Pay Orders payable at Ranchi it should be in favour of FIITJEE

(Ranchi Classes) Ltd. For registration at Hyderabad (Saifabad) Centre, the DD / Pay Orders should be in favour of

FIITJEE (Hyderabad Classes) Ltd. payable at Hyderabad.

Important: FIITJEE will send various important information like confirmation of payment, registration, seating plan etc. on your

mobile phone through SMS. In order to receive these information promptly, please ensure that your mobile number should not

Note 1 : Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers for Class VIII, IX, X & XI will be decided on the basis of performance in

Comprehension Based Test and subject to scoring above minimum cut-off marks in each subject of the Paper. Students must appear in both Papers

(Paper 1 + Paper 2) and qualify Paper 2 to become eligible for any Cash Scholarships / Program Fee Waivers / Hostel Fee waivers.

In case of Class V, VI & VII, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers will be decided on the basis of performance in the Paper and

subject to scoring above minimum cut-off marks in each subject of the Paper.

Note 2 : The final discretion of award of Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE programs & Hostel Fee Waivers in each case will remain with FIITJEE

management and this decision will be final and binding on the candidate.

Note 4 : For Class VIII (going to Ix in 2014) Students joining Four Year Program, 30% of Total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments

and disbursed in Class IX & X from April 2014 to March 2016 and rest 70% of Total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments

and disbursed in Class XI & XII from April 2016 to March 2018.

For Class xI (going to xII in 2014) Students joining One Year Classroom Program, total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments

and disbursed from April 2014 to March 2015.

Note 5 : Minimum attendance of 90% and relative good performance in Phase Tests during the course will be a criterion for eligibility for continuity of

reimbursement of quarterly Cash Scholarship. The final discretion in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this decision will be final and binding

on the candidate.

Note 6 : Cash Scholarships will be paid to Students through a crossed cheque and shall be in favour of the Student only.

Note 7 : Fee Waivers for FIITJEE programs & Hostel Fee Waivers are valid for the above-mentioned select programs only.

Note 8 : Hostel Fee Waivers (for accommodation only) are valid only for FIITJEE’s associate hostels made available through FIITJEE, subject to the Student

joining that particular hostel and availability of seats. The waivers will be given monthly between April, 2014 to March, 2018 for Class VIII (going to

IX) Students joining Four Year Program; April, 2014 to March, 2017 for Class IX (going to X) Students joining Three Year Classroom Program; April,

2014 to March, 2016 for Class VI (going to VII) & Class X (going to XI) Students joining Two Year Program ; April, 2014 to March, 2015 for Class

/ Classroom program. The Hostel Fee waivers will be paid directly to the hostel owner by FIITJEE. Hostel Fee Waivers is for accommodation only.

Note 9 : FIITJEE Students already enrolled in Classroom Program can appear in FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam to find about their current level of preparation

and their projected Rank in IIT-JEE (Advanced) / Other Competitive Entrance Examinations. We are already committed to these Students in giving

our complete support at any point of their preparations. FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam is only for giving the feedback to their preparation and no

Scholarships / Fee Waivers will be awarded to such Students. However, FIITJEE Students will be entitled for rewards as per their performance in

IIT-JEE (Advanced) Examination (for details refer FIITJEE’s Program Brochure).

Note 10 : Students presently in Class X and enrolled at FIITJEE in Four Year / Three Year Classroom Program (enrolled with an exit option after Class x) will

be treated in the category of Non - FIITJEE Students and they will have to register themselves for FTRE, 2013 by paying Normal Registration Fee.

So, they will be entitled for all the benefits of FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam on selection & joining PINNACLE - Two Year Integrated School Program

/ Two Year Classroom Program for IIT-JEE (Advanced), 2016.

Note 11 : Students presently in Class VIII and enrolled at FIITJEE in UDAYA - School / Classroom Programs can register themselves as a FIITJEE Student and

they are entitled for benefits of FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam on selection & joining any one of these programs (a) SUPREME - Four Year Integrated

School Program for IIT-JEE (Advanced), 2018 ; (b) Four Year Classroom Program for IIT-JEE (Advanced), 2018.

Note 12 : Students presently in Class VI and enrolled at FIITJEE in LITTLE GENIE - One Year Foundation Program can register themselves as a FIITJEE Student

and they are entitled for benefits of FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam on selection & joining any one of these programs (a) UDAYA Plus -Two Year

Integrated School Program ; (b) UDAYA - Two Year Classroom Program.

Note 13 : Students enrolled in FIITJEE Rankers Study Material (RSM) for IIT-JEE (Advanced), 2015 on selection & joining One Year Classroom Program for

IIT-JEE (Advanced), 2015 will be entitled for Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE program and monthly Hostel Fee Waivers during the Program.

The course fee already paid for Rankers Study Material will not be adjusted or refunded.

Note 14 : Any Student studying at FIITJEE can avail only one scholarship (including Cash Scholarships awarded through Talent Reward Exam etc.) during his

/ her entire academic session of the program he / she joins at FIITJEE. Once a Student enrolls in a FIITJEE Program through FIITJEE’s Talent Reward

Exam / Admission Test etc. and he / she reappears in any future FIITJEE’s Test then he / she will not be eligible to claim any Scholarship through the

latter Test. However, Scholarship based on Scholastic Achievement in KVPY / Olympiads / NTSE / JSTSE / MTSE / SSTSE / X Board / XII Board will

remain applicable, but the Student can only claim the Scholarship higher amongst the two - i.e. either the Scholarship based on FIITJEE’s Talent

Reward Exam / Admission Test etc. OR the Scholarship based on Scholastic Achievement (already availed scholarship amount will be deducted

from the same).

Note 15 (a): The registered office of FIITJEE Limited is at New Delhi. All disputes and differences of any nature with regard to the FTRE, subsequent enrollment

and studies shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted

in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and Statutory modification thereof and rules made thereunder.

The award of the arbitrator shall be final & binding. The arbitrator so appointed shall not be incapacitated for reasons of their being the employee

of FIITJEE Ltd. or its sister concern, and for reasons of having any prior linkage with the company. The seat of arbitration will be Delhi. All the

parties - Student / parents / guardian & FIITJEE agree that they shall not commence or maintain any action in a court of law relating to FTRE,

subsequent enrollment & studies at FIITJEE except for enforcement of the arbitral award. All parties waive any right to appeal. This is needed for

speedy redressal of issues & all parties agree to this.

Note 15 (b): Subject to 15 (a) herein above, the exclusive Jurisdiction in the matter shall vest in Delhi / New Delhi Courts only.

Note 1 : No Student can appear in FIITJEE admission test (including FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam) more than twice in one academic year. If any Student

appears for the third time his / her application will be disqualified before the admission test or even if identified after taking admission his / her

enrollment can be cancelled and fee deposited will be forfeited. FIITJEE can also take legal action against such Student and his / her guardian.

Note 2 : In case a Student reappears in FIITJEE test, his / her scholarship (if awarded) will be scaled down by one slab so that he / she does not have any

undue advantage over fresh Student appearing for the first time.

Note 3 : FIITJEE reserves the right to change / cancel any Program, Test Date, Test Centre, Study Centre, Eligibility Criterion & Course Fee without prior notice.

Taking the initiative of helping the economically underprivileged to a larger level, in the year 2008, FIITJEE constituted FORTUNATE 40 – A

program to provide world-Class training to serious Students from financially weaker backgrounds to achieve their goal of success & Top Ranks

in IIT-JEE and Other Competitive Exams.

The program will financially support capable Students presently studying in Class VIII (going to IX) & Class X (going to XI) whose total parental

income is less than Rs. 10,000/- per month. FIITJEE will support these meritorious Students in their preparation for achieving their dream goal

by awarding 100% scholarships for FIITJEE programs & 100% waivers on hostel charges. For Integrated School Program the school fee will be

charged from the Student (at some locations scholarship on school fee may also be awarded). The FORTUNATE 40 batch for each program, at each

location, will have a maximum of 40 Students only. Students will have to appear for a selection test on 9th February, 2014. There is no registration

fee for the selection test. To be eligible for the FORTUNATE 40 batch, Students have to clear the individual subject cut-offs & also the grand total

cut-off. Selected Students will be notified and admitted to the program with 100% scholarships.

The final discretion on award of scholarship in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this decision will be final and binding on the

candidate.

Students studying in Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti Schools. The total parental income should be less than Rs. 10,000/- per month.
