Course Scheme: The full course is divided in trimester of four motiths each. Course material in CD will be sent to the participants along with assignments for each trimester.

Before conlpletio~l of each trimester, one week ( 5 working days) interactive class 1 lecture sessions / laboratory de~nonstrations etc. will be conducted at NCB units - Ballahgar11 or

During 11"~ triruesier, hand-on-practise sessions on NCB's cement process simulator for cement plant operation will also be conducted during 5 days class roo111 interactiveltraining sessions at NCB units. During 111'~ trimester, den~onstrations in NCB's laboratories \Nil1 .also be conducted during 5 days class room interac.tive/training sessions at NCB units. At the end of lllrd trimester; an examination will be conducted at NCB-Ballabp-h and I Iyderabad simultaneously. Tt is mandatory for the participants to submit assignments during all the trimester: attend class roo111 interactiveltraining sessions at the end of llnd " 111"' trimester and take the examination at the end of 111"'trimester. A participant, in case, is unable to attencl the interactive class I-OOIII lecture sessions ! den~onstrations 1 examination during IInd and 111"' trimester but attended first trimester during the course; he or she will be allowed to pursue the course in the next successive year sessions. Each participant will be given ~nax im~un two such opportunities to pursue the course and is required to co~llplete the course within thee years from date of registration.

Award of Certificate : A certificate will be awarded to the participants on the basis of marks obtained in the assignments and the final esamination.

Course Duration : 12 months (one year)

Course Fee : Rs 60,000l-per participant plus service tax as notified by Govt. of India Yrom time to time. (US$: 30001- per pal~icipcult for overseas candidates)

Payment Terms : Rs. 20,000/- per trimester plus service tax as applicable payable at the time of admissionlstart of each trimester
