It's that time of year where all of us reflect on the events of the past 12 months. And for Fit Bug America, it's been a crazy ride... that we're all still on! So let us reflect AND look forward on the events ahead.

Although many of you know us as the 'now' Fit Bug America, we actually started off with the website Stayfitbug.com (Which we still update once a week). And there's plenty of FREE content for you to dig through in your spare time.
Since then we have launched our Fit Bug America websites.

#2 The Rise of Fit Bug America
The Fit Bug America (FBA as most of you know us, for short) brand actually started at the end of 2010. 6 months later we started the Facebook page. And the result is what you see today. So let's quickly run through what the past 6 months have looked like throughout the growth of FBA.

We all know that most of our fitness results will come as a result of what we feed our bodies. But food shouldn't just be eaten. We should be able to taste and enjoy our foods (At the right times of day of course), but more of this in the upcoming Fit Bug lifestyle diet. And these were the photos that got Fitbuggers tongues wagging.

We love all Fitbuggers. We are ALL Fitbuggers. Many of you are highly active on FBA and we praise ALL of you. But the following Fitbuggers have noticeably been highly engaged over on FBA and our FBA websites.
Pamela Espinosa and the Espinosa Family
Pamela and her sisters were active very early on over on FBA, we had a lot of fun conversations, back and forth. Nevertheless. A worthy mention
Eve Ve
Eve was another early Fitbugger associate that connected with us. A true representative of the now popular mantra.. Strong is The New Skinny.
Meni Fotora
Meni Fotora was one of the first Fitbuggers to come forward to let us know that the diet program we encourage Fitbuggers to use was a good catch for her. Others have come forward too. But Meni was the most engaged. Therefore, a worthy mention is due.
Elisa Haggar
Elisa Haggar is always engaged with FBA. Via email, the wall, the comments. We would be wrong not to give her a mention.
Dede
We connected with Dede several weeks back. She already has a rockin' physique. But nevertheless. Much love to Dede.
Bruna Gomez
Bruna is someone we have recently connected with too. We already think she looks good, but in true Fit Bug fashion, Bruna wants to look GREAT... 'good' is not enough. So she will be submitting her progress pictures to FBA real soon.
Zorica Nalbantjan
Zorica is a FBA fan who reached out to us. Submitted her progress pictures to us and has since become a FBA fave. An inspiration to all women who want to get into shape post pregnancy.
Brian Molina
Brian represents those who wish to find success building muscle, from the hardgainer stage. The FBA muscle building video series is there for that. But for Fitbugger inspiration sakes, Brian steps up to the podium.
Bella
Bella has already got into shape. You can check her story HERE. But of course, FBA is about creating 'great'. And we're sure we'll help Bella get there.

So, that pretty much concludes the fast moving year in the life of FBA. What's next? Well, we have plans, that we'll be building on to improve the FBA experience even further. No one will miss out. But as a reminder. This is what FBA consists of and what we currently focus on
