3. Accreditation
Accreditation for Teams & Officials and parking cards will be handed out to all Teams at the Team Captains’ Meeting Thursday 30 November 2017 at Scandic Lillehammer Hotel.
4. Information Office – Lillehammer OC
Located at Scandic Lillehammer Hotel The Information Office opens Monday 27 November 14:00. Daily opening hours 07:00/08:00 – 19:00/20:00
5. Race Office Located in Lysgaardsbakkene Ski Jumping Hill (outrun)
Thursday 30 November, open from 17:00 Friday 1 December – from 08:00 Saturday 2 December – from 08:00 Sunday 3 December – from 07:00
The Race Office will be open as long as there is activity in the Ski jumping hill.
6. Waxing facilities Wax cabins will be available from Monday 27 November at 14 :00hrs.
You may pick up the key for the cabins in the elevator building in the Ski Jumping hill in the outrun. Please note that the keys will be handed out against a deposit of Euro 50.
7. Accommodation Booking of accommodation is according to the FIS Rules via FIS Online registration system.
The OC offers the following accommodation with full board for the Ski Jumping LadiesTeams:

The OC will send hotel confirmations to all Teams after the name entry registration. Accommodation costs :
The OC will pay for all persons within the quota according to FIS Rules.
Price per person outside the quota and outside the competition period : o NOK 1135 per person per night in dbl. room with full board o NOK 1440 per person per night in single room with full board
to be paid to the OC in the OC Finance Office at the Scandic Lillehammer Hotel after the Team Captains Meeting on Thursday 30 November.
Accommodation for TD, TDA, Judges, FIS, other guests will be accommodated at Scandic Lillehammer Hotel.
8. Transport Official airport : Oslo Airport Gardermoen The organising committee will provide transport between the airport and the hotel.1 transport (from and to the airport) is free of charge. Price for additional transport : 30€ per person from Oslo airport to Lillehammer (one way).
The organising committee will provide transport between the Scandic Victoria Hotel and the Lysgårdsbakken Ski Jumping Hill and return.
9. Payment Accommodation costs : The OC will pay for persons within the quota according to FIS Rules. To cover the Team’s cost for persons outside the quota and outside the race period, the OC Finance Office will collect the money at the Scandic Lillehammer Hotel after the Team Captains Meeting on Thursday 30 November. Carrying costs/Reimbursement and Prize money :
o Payment will be handed out in the OC Finance Office at Scandic Lillehammer Hotel
o All payment will be done by bank transfer
10. Income tax information for prize money : The current Norwegian tax rate for non resident athletes is 15%.
Due to a special tax convention between Norway and USA and Russia, income tax will not be deducted by the OC – “the income shall be taxable only in the State of which the sportsman is a resident”.
Tax will be deducted by the OC according to the Norwegian Foreign Artist Taxation Act, and taxes will be paid by the OC according to the regular tax legislation in Norway.
11. Regulations of radio equipment : The import, export and the operation of radio equipment in Norway is regulated by national law. Permits for the use of radiotransmission equipment must be requested according to national specifications. Information : www.npt.no
12. Visa Regulations Remember that citizens of some countries will need visa for visiting Norway. Please check with your embassy if you need a visa to enter into Norway. For an official letter of Invitation, please send a request to the OC Secretariat: [email protected]
