Instructions For Use1.Each odd slide is the visual portion of the talk.

2.Even slide is the text portion.

3. To print a talk, select File/Print.

4. In the print box select the slide numbers you wish to print making sure the first slide is an odd slide..

5. Under “Print What” select “2 slides per page”

6. The talk will be printed with the visual (odd slide) on top and the text (even slide) on the bottom of a standard 8 1/2 x 11 sheet.

Excavation Safety• All excavations must be supervised by a competent person.

• The soil must be tested and typed for class.

• All excavations over 5 feet deep, or shallower excavations where there is a potential for a cave-in must be sloped, benched or shored.

• Access must be provided in all excavations over 4 feet deep.

• Spoil piles must be at least 2 feet back from the edge of excavations.
