Are you a First Time Homebuyer looking to purchase a home and need help with the down payment and/or closing costs? CHAC now has a program specifically for those homebuyers looking to purchase

in Arvada. Don’t let the lack of funds stop you from pursuing your homeownership

dream. CHAC also offers a statewide program.

Arvada Program Details: Income Limit: Household Income must be less than 115% AMI. For example;

1 person household limit is $67,562, 4 person household limit is $96,450.

Loan Amount: 6% of sales price or $10,000 (whichever is less).

Rate/Term: 2% for 30 years OR Defer payments for 5 years at 0% then 6% for

the next 25 years.

Qualifications: You will need to first qualify for a mortgage loan and attend a First Time Home

buyer class. There are additional qualifications that will be reviewed with your
