Urgency Addiction This is when “some of us get used to the adrenaline

rush of handling crises that we become dependent on it for a sense of excitement and energy” (P.33).

•Have you gotten use to this sensation?

•Does keeping busy help you forget negative thoughts or emotions?

•Do you equate your worth with your level of activity?

action. It’s the ability to see beyond our present reality, , to create, to invent, what does not yet exist, to become what we not yet are” (P. 103 & 104).
