Some of his most notable performances included a 281- yard, six-touchdown effort in the state quarterfinals against Fairmont Heights and a 235-yard, three-touchdown showing the following week in a blowout win over Fort Hill in the state semifinals. A disruptive force for the Bears defense against both the run and the pass. His uncanny ability to attack the inside shoulder of offensive linemen forced running backs to run to the outside of their line, which funneled them into the arms of waiting defenders.

Led the team in tackles (58), sacks (10.5), tackles for loss (24.5, a single-season school record) and quarterback pressures (33).

Finished his career as Oakdale’s all-time leader in sacks (17.5), tackles for loss (50.5) and quarterback pressures (90).
