OUTCOMES OF THE HARMONISATION WORKSHOP:
There is lot of complementarity between Skills Council, the Skills Panorama and ESCO. So, there is a recognised need from all parties, social partners and the EU Commission (DG EMPL, EAC, MARKT and ENTER) that we need to work on a common denominator and a common understanding on the different existing and parallel initiatives.
Long term sustainability: Skills council need resources to continue their work of skills anticipation and filling the skills mismatches, in order to do this, the EU Commission should support social partners on a continuous basis
