living as a foreign student in the heart of the former soviet union has been an interesting experience. more so it has turned my expectations of what i thought colllege would be before i moved into something incredible and unique. because of my experiences around the world i am able to look at things different and try new things without hesitation. this is my college story.

the fact of living over seas then moving back alone means you live alone back in the states. my parents are 6000 miles away, any relatives are 2000 miles away, and my friends from high school, well, they are everywhere.at meredith hall i have been able to develop new relationships with people and start my own life. it is an exciting time.

living in the dorms might have given me a bed and a roof but it did not give me a home. the first time i came to phi kappa sigma i immediatly felt like i was home. it was great, i know some fun times lay ahead of me.
