1 Plastic lunch box or soft sided, insulated lunch box with handle (to store supplies; these

boxes are deep enough to keep all supplies, including glue, scissors, and writing tools. They also have sturdier clasps than traditional pencil boxes.) Suggested size 4”x 6 ½”x 8 1/2”.

The following novels need to be purchased by parents for fifth grade Reading: The Liberation of Gabriel King by K.L. Going (required summer reading for all) Island of the Blue Dolphins by Scott O’Dell (for the girls – April) My Side of the Mountain by Jean Craighead George (for the boys – April)

Fifth graders will need one tri-fold display board (any color) and double sided tape in February for the science fair.
