Malawi’s first gentleman,Chief Justice Richard Banda on Tuesday had his first public assignment when visited MaulaPrison in Lilongwe where laid a foundation stone for the construction of additional cells.
This was his first public assignment since her wife, Joyce took over the presidency on April 7 following President Bingu wa Mutharika’s death.
