Michael F. Roizen, M.D. is Chairman of the Division of Anesthesia, Critical Care Medicineand Comprehensive Pain Management. The Cleveland Clinic Foundation is approved as a provider of continuing education by the Ohio NursesAssociation. The Ohio Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing education innursing by the American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Accreditation (OH-45, OBN-01-91). 9.9 Continuing Education contact hours will be awarded at the conclusion ofthe program.
