I Enrique McMilion Jr. plaintiff of 2019-331-E hereby make a motion to strike DECLLC (defendant) answer and motion todismiss from the record, as I am still awaiting a response on the motion for extension by the commission. As I haverequested it is my wish to have the motion for extension ruled upon by the commission before any other motions areare presented. In short do I receive the 120 day extension to file testimony, and if not who has made thisdetermination?
